Ina Centaur is a modern American polymath of Taiwanese descent, who
poses as an old and WASP avatar in Second Life. Currently, she is most
notably the artistic director of the SL Shakespeare Company and
executive director of sLiterary, Inc. To fund and create assets for
her virtual artistic projects, she is a fashion designer for
IC-Skins/SLface.com, IC-Fashions/iCouture, and IC-Hair/Baskin Bobbins;
lead scientist for IC-Labs and IC-Gadgets; and head architect of Ina
Centaur Architecture in Second Life. Her academic background is in
physics and philosophy; she is currently doing independent research in
Shakespeare, virtual theatre and chaos theory in SL.
